We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability but cannot be held liable for scheduled maintenance downtime, technical updates, or unforeseen network disruptions.
3. Intellectual Property & Processed Content
- Your content remains yours: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all files, images, PDFs, texts, and data processed through Xorvian tools. No copyright is transferred to the platform.
